ELIGIBILITY

(a) The Contest is open only to Canadian residents of Ontario, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, and Alberta who are of the provincial legal age.

(b) The Contest is not open to employees and/or any person who is, or purports to be, a family member (defined as spouse, dependent for federal income tax purposes, or step- or biological mother, father, sister, brother, daughter, or son) of, or who resides in the same household as any employee of the Partner or the Company or their respective affiliated companies, subsidiaries, agents, and advertising or promotional agencies.

(c) All Entries are subject to verification at any time. The Company reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to require proof of identity and/or eligibility, including government-issued photo identification. Failure to provide such proof to the satisfaction of the Company in a timely manner may result in disqualification. The sole determinant of time for the purposes of a valid Entry will be the Contest server machine(s).

HOW TO REGISTER AND ENTER

(a) The Entry Period begins on September 2, 2026, at 12:01:01 am ET and ends on September 29, 2026, at 11:00:00 pm ET, after which no further entries will be accepted.

(b) No purchase of any kind is necessary to enter the Contest.

(c) To enter the Contest, an applicant must (1) either visit a participating retail location or log into their Spark Rewards membership profile online or through the app; (2) redeem 200 Spark Rewards points per ballot for the Contest; and (3) be an active Spark Rewards member.

For the purpose of this Contest, province of residence will correspond to the province indicated on valid, government-issued photo identification.

If it is discovered that you have attempted to use more than one email address to enter or otherwise participate in the Contest, you may, in the sole and absolute discretion of the Company, be disqualified and all of your entries may be deemed ineligible.

Use of any automated, script, macro, robotic or other program(s) to enter or otherwise participate in this Contest is prohibited and grounds for disqualification.

(d) By participating in the Contest, you agree to be bound by these Contest Rules and Regulations and the Terms and Conditions of the Contest. All entries are subject to verification. Entries become the property of Spark Rewards and will not be returned.

PRIZE DESCRIPTION

There are two (2) prizes available to be won. Each prize consists of:

One (1) Apple iPhone 17 Pro

Approximate retail value of each prize: $1599.00 CAD.

Total approximate retail value of all prizes: $3198.00 CAD.

This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Apple Inc. or any other brands mentioned. All brands are separate entities and are not affiliated with this program. The giveaway is fully funded and organized by the Partner and the Company. Participants understand that they are providing information to Spark Rewards and not to Apple Inc. or any other brand. Any questions or comments regarding the giveaway should be directed to Spark Rewards.

PRIZE RESTRICTIONS

Prize is non-transferable and has no cash value, may not be sold or traded, must be accepted as awarded and cannot be substituted, redeemed or exchanged for cash, credit or alternative prizes, except at the Company’s sole discretion. The Company reserves the right to substitute a prize with a prize of equal or greater value.

No credit or reimbursement will be provided if a prize is not accepted. Winner must be of the provincial legal age. Government-issued photo identification may be required as proof of age. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received in accordance with these Contest Rules.

RELEASE

Prior to being declared a winner, each selected entrant will be required to show valid photo identification and sign a declaration of eligibility and release form, releasing the Company, the Partner and any related parties from any and all liability in connection with the Contest and/or Prize, confirming compliance with these Contest Rules, and consenting to the use of their name and photograph, without further notice or compensation, in any publicity carried out by the Partner, Company and/or their advertising and promotional agencies.

Signed forms must be received by the Company within two (2) days of notification that the entrant has been selected as a potential winner, or the Prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate entrant selected in accordance with these Contest Rules. The winner may be required to sign additional releases upon request by the Partner or Company.

WINNER SELECTION

On October 4, 2026, in Ontario, a random draw will be conducted from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

A total of two (2) potential winners will be selected for the two (2) prizes available. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Province of residence will correspond to the province indicated on valid, government-issued photo identification.

NOTIFICATION OF WINNER

A representative of the Partner will notify each potential winner following the draw via email and/or phone. Potential winners must comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules.

If no response to such email or telephone inquiry is received within 24 hours of the first attempt, the selected entrant will be deemed to have irrevocably forfeited the Prize and a new potential winner may be selected.

All decisions of the Company are final. Each winner may be required to complete and sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release and, where legal, a Publicity Release, and provide proof of date of birth prior to receiving the Prize.

GENERAL

Void where prohibited by law. Contest is subject to all applicable provincial, federal and local laws and regulations. By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules and accept decisions of the Company as final in all matters relating to the Contest.

By entering, participants permit the Company to use information collected in connection with the Contest, including first and last name, email, phone number, province and store location, for purposes permitted under these Contest Rules and the Company’s Privacy Policy.

Entrants may not win more than once in a 12-month period.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Company, Partner and their supporting partners, employees or contractors are not responsible for printing or typographical errors in Contest-related materials or for stolen, lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete or illegible entries.

Imagery used in promotional materials is not guaranteed to represent the exact Prize item. Discrepancies may exist between promotional imagery and the actual Prize. Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes and expenses relating to use of the Prize.

The Company reserves the right to cancel or modify the Contest if fraud, technical failures or other circumstances compromise the integrity of the Contest, as determined by the Company in its sole discretion.

PRIVACY / USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

(a) By participating in the Contest, entrant: (i) grants the Company the right to use their full name, age, mailing address, telephone number, email address and/or other personal information provided (the “Personal Information”) for the purpose of administering the Contest, including contacting and announcing winners; (ii) grants the Company the right to use their Personal Information for publicity and promotional purposes relating to the Contest, in any media now known or hereafter devised, without further compensation unless prohibited by law; and (iii) acknowledges that the Company may disclose their Personal Information to third-party agents and service providers in connection with these activities.

(b) Where an entrant separately opts in, they consent to the Company’s and its corporate affiliates’ use of their Personal Information in accordance with the applicable consent and Privacy Policy, including to communicate information about programs, promotions, special events, products or services.

(c) The Company will use entrant Personal Information only for identified purposes and protect Personal Information in a manner consistent with the Company’s Privacy Policy located on the Spark Marketplace app under Terms and Conditions.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All intellectual property, including but not limited to trademarks, trade names, logos, designs, promotional materials, web pages, source code, drawings, illustrations, slogans and representations, is owned by the Company, applicable prize providers and/or their affiliates.
